MCB CEO inspects sanitation arrangements

Mhow : Finally the CEO thought about the city and visited many areas. During the inspection, he met people on Tuesday morning. Mhow Cantonment Board (MCB) CEO R Panwar held the post around one and half months back. Since then the cantonment officers had been completing files and other works but did not move towards the city. Today Board officer R Pawar, Engineer H S Kolaya, sanitary superintendent Manish Agarwal and many other employees inspected many areas in the city and enquired about problems.

They inspected sanitary facilities and works on progress. People in many areas complained about cleanliness, drinking water, roads, and street lights. The Cantonment officer promised for quick relief.

It has been said that Cantonment officer R Pawar has inspected the city for the time officially but lately he has measured and solved the city problems in his style by visiting various place late night or early morning. The official visit has brought some kind of relief for the people who are hoping to get a solution for the basic problems. The CEO expressed his anger over illegal construction, encroachment and dirt. Vidhi Jagrati Manch handed over a memorandum to the Board President P C Chandra and Cantonment Executive Officer R Pawar demanding regular visits to solve basic problems and drew his attention towards various problems and shortages. Convener of the Manch Advocate Manish Jaiswal and Ravi Arya stated that the city roads are hosting much higher number of vehicles than ever and wastage of construction works is dumped on roads. This has made even walking problematic. The city’s sole indoor stadium is in pathetic condition and can not be used by anyone.
