Dhar sub-divisional officer Roshni Patidar reported that during inspections, rule violations were found in all three schools. At Cambridge Academy Higher Secondary School, seven books from four private publishers were being used in classes III and VII against regulations.

In Poddar Learn School, books from private publishers were found in all Sanskrit subject classes from nursery to class VII. The most violations were discovered at City International School, where 36 books in class I, 36 books in class II and 66 books in class VIII were all from private publishers.

All these schools were using private publisher books against established rules. The investigation team found significant irregularities in how these schools were selecting and using textbooks for their students.
