Alirajpur (Madhya Pradesh): Locals in Alirajpur and state Cabinet minister and district in-charge minister Rajyawardhan Singh Dattigaon and Govind Rajput accorded grand welcome to Radhika Gupta, who secured 18th rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam. They visited Gupta’s place to bless and congratulated her for bright future.
Radhika hails from Alirajpur which ranks among the district with lowest level of literacy in the country. Radhika credited her parents and kin with her success and said that making consistent efforts is her mantra to achieve her goals.
Gupta during her welcome procession took blessings of Tantya Mama. There is a lot of joy in Maheshwari society on this achievement of Radhika. When she reached Alirajpur at around 3 pm on Saturday, the locals reached Dahod naka to greet her. After the reception, a procession was taken out.
Arvind Kanesh of Adivasi Samaj said that you have achieved this success with sheer hard work and have brought laurels to the state and district in the country. Your success will inspire youth of the district and the state, he added.
Dattigaon said that she has brought laurels to the state. Ec-MLA Nagar Singh Chouhan, Kishore Shah and other BJP leaders were present.
