Indore : Some four to five youths stalking a female visiting faculty at Institute of Management Studies (IMS) entered the institute’s building on Friday only to be chased away by the staffers. No complaint with the police was lodged into the incident.

The visiting faculty from Mhow was going to the institute when four to five youths stalked her. They were teasing her till she reached the institute and cried for help.

At that time, exams were going on at the institute so teachers and students were inside examination halls.

However, institute’s non-teaching employees heard her cries and immediately rushed to her rescue.

When she complained that some youths were teasing her and they had entered the institute building also, the employees searched for the intruders.

On finding them, the employees chased them away.

Police were reportedly informed about the incident who immediately reached the institute but by that time the eve-teasers had fled the scene.

Institute of Management Studies director Rajnish Jain said that no police complaint in the matter was lodged.
“I haven’t received any complaint from the faculty member so no FIR was registered,” Jain added.
