Indore: Road Safety Week concludes with prize distribution ceremony

Indore: The 30th Road Safety Week concluded with a prize distribution ceremony organised at Labh Mandapam in Abhay Prashal on Monday. Chief guest of the event was state home minister Bala Bachchan. The chief guest felicitated students who won in various competitions organised during the Road Safety Week.

The programme was also attended by DIG Harinarayanachari Mishra, collector Lokesh Jatav and SP Mohammad Yusuf Qureshi. The winners of debate competition were Atharv Joshi and Anshveer Bhatia in senior group. In junior group Parth Donge and Nikita Motwani were the winners.

Similarly, in painting competition Gunjan Dodwani was the winner in junior category and Manan Agrawal was the winner in senior category. Divyanshu Patidar won the first prize in painting competition in deaf and mute category. Anushree Sinha and Meeta Fadiya were the winners in quiz competition. Home Minister Bala Bachchan praised the efforts of city residents and police for successfully organising the Road Safety Week. He also motivated the residents for making Madhya Pradesh number 1 in traffic management.
