Indore: Police make traffic arrangement for Rang Panchami

Keeping in view the Rang Panchmi festival to be celebrated on Monday, the traffic police have made arrangements for parking and traffic movement in and around Rajwada. Large crowds are expected to throng Rajwada to witness colourful gair procession. The traffic management on Monday will be as follows.

Entry of all types of vehicles will be banned towards Mriagnayani Square, Nandalpura, Yashwant Road, Ram-Laxman Bazaar, Narsinmha Bazaar, Malganj, Bada Ganpati, Jinsi, Govardhan Tailor, Imli Bazaar, Hamilton Road to Rajwada. Two-wheelers and four-wheelers can pass through Mrignayani Square, Nagar Nigam Square, Imli Bazaar to Wireless Square, Airport, Raj Mohalla and Gangwal bus stand.

Two and four-wheel drivers can also pass through Nandlalpura to Yashwant Chowk, Narsimha Bazaar, Malganj, Raj Mohalla and Jawahar Marg. Entry of city buses and other loading and heavy vehicles will be prohibited in Jawahar Marg and Rajwada. City buses will pass through Mrignayani Square, Nagar Nigam Chauraha, Imli Bazaar, Subhash Marg, Jinsi, Bada Ganpati, Gangwal bus stand, Mhow Naka, Palsikar Square, and Tower Chouraha.

This traffic diversion will be implemented as per required time schedule on Monday. Those who want to go to Rajwada can parking their vehicles at Premsukh Talkies parking, Sanjay Setu parking, Riverside road parking and Shivaji Market government parking.
