Indore (Madhya pradesh): The Economic Offences Wing registered a case against the manager of the tribal welfare department posted in Jhabua for allegedly embezzling Rs 5.79 crore by misusing his position, an officer said on Wednesday.

According to SP (EOW) Dhananjay Shah, a complaint was received against Sunil Talele, manager of the tribal welfare department in Jhabua that he had prepared fake bills for buying raw material for tables, chairs, almirahs and so forth for the training-cum-production centre in Jhabua.
