Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indian Medical Association, Indore Chapter, launched a book by Chief Income-Tax Commissioner, Indore, and cancer survivor Mridula Bajpai, ‘Ek Tukda Neela Asman’, on Monday.
The book was written by Mridula who shared her journey about fighting cancer and also to motivate others with the message that nothing is impossible if you have the will. “There are many ups and downs in life, but we can sail through these problems only by having trust in ourselves. Life is strange, as well as peculiar, but those who find life in this strangeness move ahead and win over it,” Bajpai said.
Chief I-T Commissioner of MP-CG Mohnish Verma was the chief guest of the programme, while Shashi Bhushan Prasad was the special guest. The programme was presided over by dean of MGM Medical College Dr Sanjay Dixit.
Dr Sumit Shukla, Dr Dilip Kumar Acharya, Dr Sanjay Londhe, Dr Manish Maheshwari and others were present, while Dr Preeti Jain spoke to Bajpai about her ‘Mann ki Baat’ to motivate cancer patients and survivors.
