Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A team of the Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr BS Saitya, Civil Surgeon Dr Pradeep Goyal, and Drug Inspector Sarika Agrawal reached Apple Hospital to probe over a complaint against over billing and refusing admission to a patient in Indore on Tuesday.
A family has lodged the complaint with Collector Manish Singh who directed officials to investigate and take action into the matter.
Following the action, the team has sealed the medical store at the hospital. Further investigation is underway.
District administration had acted against the hospital during Covid spread too over similar complaints of over billing.
