Indore (Madhya Pradesh): In an interim relief to a government job aspirant, Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court directed Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) to accept the exam form of a petitioner, who was unable to submit her form within the prescribed time limit due to alleged server failure, for state service preliminary exam-2025.
While hearing the petition filed by Minakshi Amrital, Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla directed the MPPSC to allow her to submit the exam form and appear for the upcoming preliminary exam scheduled for February 16. However, the court clarified that the petitioner’s result would be subject to the final disposal of the case.
The petitioner, represented by advocate Jayesh Gurnani, argued that technical glitches on the MPPSC website prevented her from applying for the exam.
The court acknowledged this issue and granted interim relief ensuring that she would not be deprived of the opportunity to take the test. The respondent’s counsel, Vijay Gulani, sought four weeks to file a reply, which the court granted. The state service preliminary exam-2025 is scheduled for February 16.
