Indore: Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee on Wednesday lodged a complaint with Election Commission against union health minister JP Nadda, ministers of state Anupriya Patel and Ashwini Choubey for violating model code of conduct. Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee secretary Rakesh Yadav lodged a complaint with Commission for displaying pictures of the ministers and BJP leaders on website of health and family welfare ministry after four days of imposition of model code of conduct for Lok Sabha election.

According to Yadav, no party can use pictures of any of their leaders on any government department website or on any other public portal as per model code of conduct. “We have lodged complaint against ministers and requested Election Commission to take appropriate action against them,” Yadav said.
