Indore: 11 two-wheelers, sword, knives seized from 4 miscreants

According to Banganga police, they received information that five youths are sitting under the Super Corridor railway over bridge and are planning to commit dacoity.

Indore: Acting on a tip-off, Banganga police on Sunday late night arrested four persons for allegedly planning a dacoity. In all, 11 two-wheelers, a sword and knives were recovered from their possession, police said.

According to Banganga police, they received information that five youths are sitting under the Super Corridor railway over bridge and are planning to commit dacoity. Police reached the scene and gheraoed them. One fled while the police arrested the other four persons.

“During questioning, the arrested confessed lifting two-wheelers and selling it later. We recovered three knives and a sword from them. Police have recovered all the stolen vehicles and launched a hunt to nab other accused,” said TI Indramani Patel of Banganga police.
