Indore: A meeting to direct the officials of IMC to maintain a cohesive attendance was taken by the additional commissioner was organized at the Mayor’s room here, on Monday. The officials were directed to reach office on time.As per information, after receiving directions from Mayor KM Moghe and Commissioner Rakesh Singh, Additional Commissioner Devendra Singh directed the officials to reach office on time and also maintain a register for attendance and if any employee is absent and maintains irregularities than apart from marking absence, the concerned senior officials must be informed.

He added that public welfare schemes, public hearing, public service guarantee, time period cases, divisional commissioner, District Collector or any other governmental letters must be resolved on time. He said that in every 15 days a review meeting to keep a check on the works carried out by the departmental officials would be organized.
