Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indore Development Authority (IDA) is all set to present its ambitious urban development projects worth Rs 1635 crore at the MP Growth Conclave to be held on July 11. The theme of the event is ‘Building the Cities of the Future’.
Chief minister Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the conclave. Urban development minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, senior government officials and real estate experts will also be present.
IDA’s presentation will feature 10 major land parcels where landmark projects such as an Agro Mall, hospitals, residential and commercial complexes, smart townships and hotels are planned. These ventures are designed under both the public-private partnership (PPP) and direct development models.
Of the total Rs 1635 crore investment, about Rs 981 crore will be highlighted through 30 land parcels open for private investment. Special focus is on plots in Super Corridor sectors 139, 151, 166 and 169, among others.
The conclave will also see digital models, layout plans and investment opportunities in IDA sectors such as 114, 139, 151, 166 and 169. Many of these areas have already been developed with basic infrastructure.
In addition to IDA’s direct projects, several other private and PPP-model initiatives will also be part of the exhibition. The goal is to attract developers and investors to shape the next generation of Indore’s urban landscape.
National-level dignitaries, startup founders, real estate developers and state officials are expected to attend, making the event a major milestone in Indore’s infrastructure growth story.
