Global Investors Summit 2025: Apna.Co Signs MoU With MP Government To Generate 1 Lakh Jobs Annually |

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Job and professional networking platform Apna.co has partnered with Madhya Pradesh government’s Directorate of Employment to boost large-scale employment and workforce development in the state.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during the Global Investors Summit 2025 aiming to create 1 lakh job opportunities annually.

The collaboration with the Directorate of Employment, under the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development, and Employment, will facilitate job creation across various sectors, including retail, BFSI, IT, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare, Apna.co announced in a statement.

'A special pro bono package'

The agreement was formalized in the presence of Minister of State for School Education Inder Singh Parmar and Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment Gautam Tetwal.

According to Apna.co, this partnership will provide free access to a wide range of job opportunities for job seekers across Madhya Pradesh.

Additionally, the initiative includes a special pro bono package for the state’s 38 lakh registered MSMEs. Each MSME will receive Rs 2,000 in credits, allowing them to post a free job listing and access candidate profiles, streamlining the hiring process to support business growth.

"By facilitating 1 lakh job opportunities annually and extending exclusive benefits to MSMEs, we aim to drive substantial economic progress," said Nirmit Parikh, Founder and CEO of Apna.co.

The Directorate of Employment will enhance awareness and outreach efforts through district employment offices, MSME associations, Common Service Centers (CSCs), and digital platforms.

This approach seeks to maximize job accessibility for the state's youth, digitally connecting job seekers with employers using Apna’s AI-powered job matching technology for faster and more relevant placements.
