Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya is all set to launch an app for students to resolve all their queries and problems. The app might be functional with the start of the new session in August.
Before the launch, a trial of 15 days will be conducted, to identify and fix any technical issues. The app will be accessible for both Android and iOS. Meanwhile, The name of the app has not been decided yet.
Assistant Registrar of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Dr. Vishnunarayan Mishra said, " The app is being developed at the university level. All the problems of the students will be solved in it".
One stop solution for students
Dr Mishra also added, "This app will be a one stop centre for all the students. As soon as the student takes admission, one will be able to access this app". All the problems related to hostel, books, marksheets can be resolved here".
Different problems will be added to it
The Assistant Registrar said that different problems will be kept in this app. It will include those problems which students often face. We will also give time boundation according to the problem. So that the problem of the students can be resolved on time and they do not face any problem.
The app is being made by CRIPS
The app is being developed by CRIPS (Centre for Research and Industrial Production Systems), a unit under MP Online, the official digital services platform of the Madhya Pradesh government.
This will ensure the app to be integrated with official university systems and follow state-level standards of security.
