Development: Connectivity Of Several Villages Improves; DY CM Devda Inaugurates Projects Worth ₹8.59 Crore

Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh): Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda laid foundation stone and performed bhoomi pujan of construction work worth Rs 8.59 crore in villages Ghatavada and Limbavas. He performed ground-breaking ceremonies for several important road projects.

In Ghatavada village, he started work on the Ghatavada to Kochvi road via Topakheda Balaji. This project costs Rs 4.60 crore. He also opened the completed Ghatavada to Balkeshwar Mahadev Road which cost Rs 1.75 crore.

In Limbavas village, he performed bhoomi pujan of Limbavas to Aapukhedi road. This project will cost Rs 2.23 crore. These roads will help farmers transport crops and connect villages better.

Devda also planted trees in Lunahera village under the ‘One Tree for Mother’ campaign. He asked everyone to plant more trees and protect the environment. He stressed the importance of water conservation and keeping areas clean.

During his address, Devda praised the Ayushman Card programme. He said this health card helps poor families get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh anywhere in India. The card has saved many lives.

He mentioned other government programmes helping people. These include connecting villages with paved roads, bringing water to farms through micro irrigation, and providing tap water to homes. Farmers receive support through various schemes including interest-free loans and housing programs.

Rajya Sabha member Banshilal Gurjar, district panchayat president Durga Vijay Patidar and local officials attended the ceremony along with many villagers.
