TI didn’t register the case for 10 months despite CSP’s report

Indore: Judicial magistrate Indore Narsingh Baghel has directed Juni Indore Thana incharge to file report within 15 days in a fraud case that has been denied registration of FIR for last 10 months despite the CSPs instructions.

As per reports, applicant Abdul Waheb had accused Amrendra Kumar, a resident of Kolkata, property broker Abdul Gaffar, Tarik Sheikh and Iqbal of fraud ten months ago regarding a land deal to the tune of crores of rupees.

Later, the then CSP Rajesh Sahay had inquired into the matter and sent the report to Juni Indore thana incharge in April 2013 for filing complaint against the accused.

Even after this, FIR was not registered against the accused for several months. The applicant then moved to court which gave six opportunities to thana incharge for taking action into the matter and submitting a report. Ultimately, the court has directed the thana incharge to file report and submit report within 15 days of the orders.
