Haat-bazaar resumes

As soon as the second wave of Covid-19 started in the month of March, the administration had banned the Haat-Bazaars. Haat-bazaar was not allowed even after unlocking started in June. Due to this, the traders doing business in Haat-Bazaar were very upset. They were demonstrating continuously and were demanding to start Haat-Bazaar. Due to this, law and order situation was also being created in some areas of the city. ADM Narendra Suryavanshi issued order to start Haat-bazaar and with this order, haat-Bazaar also started in Nagarkot Mata temple complex on Wednesday. However, physical distancing norm was not fully followed there. Haat-bazaars are held at different places in Ujjain for seven days. More than 500 traders are associated with it. They were sitting at home for the last four months. They were facing a lot of problems in earning their livelihood.
