Indore : Chinmaya Mission organised a first round of discourse on the teachings of Gita by Swami Subodhananda on Tuesday. Subodhananda is in the city for a week to discuss the lessons of chapter 16 in the Bhagavad Gita. He addressed the Chinmaya devotees and shared his wisdom. The event began in the presence of Devanand Shukla, Swami Prabuddhananda, Narendra Singh and Pramod Jhalani.
Subodhananda explained about the righteous actions that a person should follow. “Krishna says that people are steeped in delusion and ignorance. Instead of bringing happiness, their infinite desires only bring them infinite worries,” he said. He listed a number of devilish qualities that cause misery to the human mind.
