INDOR : during the two- day special checking campaign against those cars which have been registered in other states but moving on the state roads without paying the motor vehicle tax. According to RTO Sanjay Soni, the department has recovered Rs 5, 06,830 as motor vehicle tax from 30 owners of the cars. He said 13 vehicles were kept seized with the department. Soni said the owners of these vehicles didn’t deposit the tax to the state’s RTO but they were registered in different states.“ Vehicle owners must get a NOC for avoiding trouble during checking.
