Bhopal/Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 40-year-old woman died after consuming poison following a dispute with her live-in partner. She was rushed to MY Hospital in the city, where she succumbed during treatment. The incident took place on Sunday in the Rau area of Indore.

According to sources, the victim was living with her live-in partner after her first husband left her years ago. The victim is survived by a son and a daughter. Police have filed a complaint in the matter and have begun an investigation.

According to information, the victim, identified as 40-year-old Kamla Solanki, was a resident of Indore’s Rau area. According to the police, Kamla had been in a live-in relationship with a man named Satish, who lived near Bagli village. The two reportedly had an argument, after which Satish left Rau and stopped answering Kamla’s calls. Upset by his behaviour, she went to his house on Sunday and, following another heated dispute, consumed poison on the spot. She was then rushed to the MY Hospital in the city, where she succumbed during treatment.

Kamla’s family revealed that her husband, a truck driver, had left her two years ago and started living with another woman. Following this, she developed a friendship with Satish, who later moved in with her. Kamla worked in a private company and had two children—a son and a daughter.
