Constituency- wise separate rooms
Indore: Three entrances have been made for entering the vote counting center Nehru Stadium on December 8. Gate No 1, which is in front of State Bank of India, would be used by officers and employees.Gate No 2, which is in front of Residency, would be used by agents for constituencies of Mhow, Indore- I, Depalpur, Indore- III and Rau while Gate No 3 will be used for agents of constituencies like Indore- V, Indore- IV, Indore- II and Sanver.
Separate rooms will be used for counting of votes.These include H- 1 for Mhow, H- 11 for Indore- I, H- 12 for Depalpur, H- 8 for Indore- III and H- 7 for Rau, H- 6 for Indore- V, H- 2 for Indore- IV, Hall Ramp for Indore- II and H- 9 for Sanver.
Recording of counting process The complete process of counting would be recorded on camera except for the EVMs.The CD of this recording would be kept with the District Election Officer.Unauthorized person will not be allowed to take photos or record of counting process.
It is noteworthy that the Election Commission of India has made it mandatory to record the proceedings of each counting table.
