Dewas : Judge of Special Court (SC/ST) Dr SK Mishra ordered 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs 11,500 to Yogesh, who was the accused of kidnapping and raping a minor girl two and half years ago.

Public Prosecutor Ashok Chawla informed the court that on January 3, 2012 a minor (14 years) of Kakadkui village of Khategaon tehsil went in the jungle to relieve her but never came back. Brother of the girl lodged a FIR against the accused Yogesh son of Narayan Deshwali resident of Baurisarai of Harsud Police Station of Khandwa district.

Police started the investigation against the accused Yogesh who is currently a resident of Bolai village of Kalwa Police Station of Thane District (Maharashtra).On August 22, 2013 Police caught the accused and the girl from Mumbai. During the medical checkup it was found that the girl was pregnant. On this basis the accused was charged of kidnapping and raping the girl.  After hearing the matter Judge ordered 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 11,500 against the accused.
