Hyderabad: Taking to Instagram, a woman shared her unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the Calvin Klein store in Hyderabad's Sarath Citi Mall. The woman captured a video of the entire incident and posted it online, claiming that she was mistreated by the store's staff during her visit.

In the video, the woman alleges that upon entering the store, a female staff member laughed at her appearance. When the woman confronted the staff member about it, she denied doing so. The situation escalated when the staff member noticed some children inside the store sipping coffee. According to the woman’s account, the same staff member rudely asked the children to take their coffee outside.
Infuriated by the staff's behaviour, the woman said she threw her coffee at them. In the video, she can be seen in the mall’s washroom cleaning the coffee stains on her clothes, some of which had also splattered onto her outfit.
In the now-viral clip, the staff member could also be seen objecting to be filmed without her consent. However, the woman continued recording the interaction with her phone.
The woman also expressed her frustration with the staff's rudeness and called on Calvin Klein to address the behavior, stating that she had never experienced such treatment before. In her post, she urged the brand to keep a closer eye on the conduct of their staff.
