Muzaffarnagar: A CCTV footage incident that was posted online is gaining attention on social media, showing a young man striking a woman with a brick in the Nagwa village of Budhana in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
A disturbing video has emerged from Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, showing a furious young man in a red hoodie running away with a woman pursuing him. The man then turns around aggressively and begins to strike the woman, delivering punches and slaps, while another man stands by and observes the situation.
In the video, the woman attempted to resist and hit the man, but he dominated her while continuously assaulting her before walking away from the scene. The entire event was recorded by the CCTV camera and subsequently shared on social media, attracting views.
While the details of the incident that prompted the altercation are unclear, crime reporter Abhi Chaubey shared on his X page a caption describing the clash as a brief disagreement that escalated into violence.

The caption translates to: "Muzaffarnagar Two groups clash over a trivial matter The aggressive youth attacked the woman, and the footage has also emerged. This incident is from Nagwa village within the Budhana police station jurisdiction."
The reporter additionally tagged the official X accounts of the Uttar Pradesh and Muzaffarnagar police. In reaction to the video, the Muzaffarnagar police's official account remarked on the post that the matter has been acknowledged and necessary steps are in progress.
The statement states: "उपरोक्त प्रकरण के सम्बन्ध में स्थानीय पुलिस द्वारा प्राप्त तहरीर के आधार पर सुसंगत धाराओं में अभियोग पंजीकृत कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।"
