Bengaluru: After the alleged suicide of 34-year-old Bengaluru technician Atul Subhash, his mother fainted and collapsed to the ground upon reaching Patna airport on Wednesday. The painful sight of her crying in grief over the loss of her son is heartbreaking.

The video of the woman collapsing to the ground has surfaced on social media. Atul's mother collapsed on the airport after the media asked her questions related to the suicide of her son. She collapsed while standing next to her husband at the airport. It can be seen in the video that the media was asking them questions related to the suicide of their son when the incident occurred.

Her husband Pawan Kumar helped her to gain consciousness and gave her water after which she was feeling normal. The family is going through grief as their son committed suicide due to a family dispute with his wife. Atul Subhash took to social media and posted a video before committing suicide. He blamed his wife Nikita Subhash for taking the extreme step of ending his life.

An FIR was lodged in connection with the suicide by the victim's brother Bikas Kumar who alleged in the complaint that his brother committed suicide due to mental and physical harassment he was going through after divorcing his wife. He alleged in the complaint that Nikita demanded and her family members filed a false case against Atul and demanded Rs 3 crore for the settlement of the case.

He also alleged that Nikita stopped their kid who is four years old from meeting Atul. She demanded Rs 30 lakh from Atul to allow him to meet his son. The FIR has been filed under section 108 (abetment of suicide) and section 3 (5) (establishes joint criminal liability when two or more people act with a common intention) of the BNS. It is filed against four persons, Atul's wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, her brother Anurag Singhania and her uncle Sushil Singhania.
