Just four days after former Kaiserganj MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, his sons, Prateek and Karan, also held a meeting with the CM on Saturday.
This second meeting of the family with CM Yogi within a week has sparked considerable political buzz. Sources suggest that Brijbhushan's elder son, MLA Prateek Bhushan Singh, is eyeing a ministerial position in the upcoming cabinet expansion, which would require CM Yogi's approval. The ongoing political differences between Yogi and Brijbhushan have reportedly impacted the latter's family not just politically but also financially.

Interestingly, Brijbhushan himself has stated that his younger son, MP Karan Bhushan Singh, shares a better relationship with CM Yogi than Prateek.
Prateek reportedly brought Karan along for the meeting, and photographs show the Chief Minister engaging more directly with Karan. Prateek, however, downplayed the political nature of the meeting, telling a daily that they attended a Public Works Department review meeting related to the Ayodhya and Devi Patan divisions, after which both brothers met the CM to discuss the construction of the Dhema Ghat connecting road.
