Aris, a Class 12 student of Maharshi Vidya Mandir Inter College in Uttar Pradesh's Fatehpur, succumbed to injuries during treatment on Friday. He was brutally assaulted by three youths with sticks and rods while returning home after school on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place near Kanshiram Colony, close to Jail Road. The attackers had come on a scooter. They surrounded Aris, who was returning in his school uniform, and struck him several times on the head. After the attack, there was chaos at the scene. The attackers fled some students tried to confront them. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

As soon as information was received, teachers and police rushed to the spot. Seriously injured Aris was first brought to the district hospital. From there, doctors referred him to Kanpur and then to Lucknow. He died during treatment on Friday morning.
Additional Superintendent of Police Mahendra Pal Singh informed that all three attackers have been arrested. During interrogation, it came to light that this attack was carried out due to a grudge from a dispute over drinking tea that had occurred a few days earlier. Police are taking further action in the case. The deceased Aris's father's name is Ruaab Ahmad. The student's body will be handed over to the family by evening. The incident has caused uproar among the family members.
