Hyderabad: Two Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) from Andhra Pradesh died in a road accident in Telangana's Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as Chakradhara Rao and Shantha Rao. Meanwhile, two others also sustained injuries.

The shocking incident, which took place in Kaithapuram village, was captured on CCTV. The disturbing visuals also surfaced online. A team of four police personnel, comprising the two DSPs, Additional SP KVSS Prasad, and driver Narsimha Raju, was travelling in a Scorpio vehicle from Vijayawada to Hyderabad, reported India Today. They were on an official duty.

Visuals From The Spot:

In the CCTV visuals, it could be seen that the vehicle lost control and rammed into the divider after skidding off the road. The DSPs died on the spot due to the impact of the collision. Meanwhile, Prasad and Raju were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
