Telangana: A disturbing incident has unfolded in Suddalapalli village's Ramadugu Mandal, where a man has been arrested for the attempted murder of his girlfriend's mother. The incident, which shocked the local community, stemmed from a romantic relationship between Raj Kumar Duta Raj Kumar and Jadi Sushmita.
According to a report by Telugu Scribe, the altercation arose when Sushmita's mother Chamanti, concerned for her daughter and her paralysed husband's well-being, attempted to dissuade Sushmita from continuing her relationship with Raj Kumar. This intervention, however, enraged Raj Kumar.
In a brazen act of violence, Raj Kumar reportedly attacked Chamanti in a public setting, brutally assaulting her before attempting to strangle her. The entire incident was captured in a video which is currently doing the rounds on social media.

The situation quickly escalated into a violent attack, with local residents stepping in just in time to prevent a tragic outcome.
Chamanti, who narrowly escaped death, immediately filed a formal complaint at the Ramadugu Police Station. As per reports, the authorities arrested Duta Raj Kumar after the complaint. The accused has been subsequently remanded in judicial custody, pending further investigation into the grave allegations leveled against him.
