Kolkata: Metro train services between Mahanayak Uttam station in Tollygunge and Kavi Subhas station in New Garia were disrupted for 45 minutes today after a suicide was reported causing hardship to office-goers.
“At 9.46 am a suicide was reported by a man at Khudiram station but no other detail is available right now. Train service was disrupted between Kavi Subhas and Mahanak Uttam station till 10.32 am,” Metro Railway
spokesperson R Mahapatra said.
The train service between Tollygunj and Dum Dum was, however, normal.
