Lt Gen Daljit Singh has been appointed as the new Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services by the government, news agency ANI reported citing defence sources.
An alumnus of the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, he is a well-known paediatrician and neonatologist of the country.
