Haridwar: A gym trainer from Uttarakhand's Haridwar allegedly kidnapped a woman in a car. When locals and police reached the spot to rescue the woman, she alleged sexual harassment by the gym trainer. The incident was caught on camera. The video soon went viral on social media.
However, the man denied all the allegations and claimed that the woman's family knew about them. In the video going viral on social media, the gym trainer could be seen with the woman in a car.
At the start of the video, a man claimed that the gym trainer had kidnapped the woman.
After seeing the police, the woman immediately came out of the car and levelled sexual harassment allegations at the man. When the door of the car was opened by the police and the locals, the gym trainer was seen holding the woman.
The woman also alleged that the man tried to choke her.
"Isne mujhe use kiya (he used me)," the woman could be heard saying in the viral video. Meanwhile, the man even asked the lady constable to talk to the woman's sister.
The police launched an investigation into the matter to find out the truth. No arrests have been made so far.
The Haridwar police has not yet released any official statement over the incident.
