Coimbatore: Isha Leadership Academy will present its annual “Human Is NOT A Resource” program, bringing together business leaders, thought leaders, and HR practitioners to discuss practical steps to enable a paradigm shift from humans as resources to humans as possibilities.
Envisioned by Sadhguru around the key insight, “Human Is NOT A Resource”, the three-day virtual workshop, scheduled for June 11 to 13, with 14 days of pre- and post-event engagement.
During this interactive workshop, you will meet Sadhguru and a distinguished panel of leaders from India Inc. who will engage participants in thought-provoking discussions and moderate working sessions for small groups.
The proceeds from this program will go to Isha COVID Action, an Isha initiative to provide critical assistance to those affected by COVID-19.
The Keynote Speakers include Rajeev Dubey, Former Group President (HR and Corporate Services) and CEO (After Market Sector); Lt. Gen. Alok Kler, PVSM, VSM, Former General Officer Commanding In Chief, South Western Command; Aditi Walunj, Co-Founder, Repos Energy; Raj Raghavan, Senior Vice President, HR, IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Limited) and Saugata Gupta, Managing Director and CEO, Marico.
The participants will also learn how purpose, passion, and culture are critical in creating an ‘organism’ or a ‘resilient organization’ that will thrive in any environment.
