India reported 18,833 COVID-19 cases and 278 deaths in the past 24 hours. Data from the Health Ministry indicates that 24,770 also recovered from the virus during this time. With this, the total number of active cases in the country has now dropped to 2.46 lakh - the lowest in 203 days.
