Namakkal (TN): A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour at Pallipalam in the district, police said.
The 17-year-old neighbour took the girl, a Class V student, to his residence last evening and raped her, police said.
The girl reported the matter to her mother, a labourer, when she returned home.
Following a complaint by the girl’s mother, the accused was arrested.
