Ghaziabad: The generator car of New Delhi-Lucknow Shatabdi Express caught fire at Ghaziabad railway station on early Saturday morning.

There was no injury to passengers as the fire was limited to the generator car which was immediately separated from the rest of the train.

Railways said that fire had broken out in New Delhi-Lucknow Shatabdi Express at 6:45 am.

"The affected coach was detached. All passengers are safe. Train departed at 8:20 am," it said.
