Gangster Neeraj Bawana's Uncle & Independent Candidate Rambir Shokeen Injured After Car Crashes Into His Office Ahead of Delhi Polls - VIDEO

A car crashed into the office of an independent candidate and uncle of jailed gangster Neeraj Bawana. Ramveer Shaukeen, who is contesting from the Mundka assembly seat, was seriously injured in an accident.

New Delhi: Days ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025, a car crashed into the office of an independent candidate and uncle of jailed gangster Neeraj Bawana. Ramveer Shaukeen, who is contesting from the Mundka assembly seat, was seriously injured in an accident.

The entire incident was captured in the CCTV installed at the office. Dramatic visuals of the incident also surfaced online and soon went viral.

Car Driven By A Class 12 Student: Reports

According to reports, Shaukeen suffered a fracture in his leg. The driver of the car fled from the spot. In the viral video, it could be seen that Shaukeen was standing outside his office with his supporters when a car suddenly took a left turn and entered the Independent candidate's house. His several supporters also sustained injuries.

The incident took place at around 11:20 am on Friday. As per the initial investigation, the car was driven by a Class XII student from Kamruddin Nagar. The student was on his way to a farewell party with his uncle in a borrowed car when he rammed the vehicle into Shaukeen's office, reported The Indian Express.

Police have registered a case in the matter and a probe is underway.

The Delhi elections will be held on February 5, 2025, with counting of votes set for February 8.
