A video has surfaced online showing two men assaulting restaurant staff at a hotel. According to reports, the incident occurred on Monday night around 10:40 PM at Apni Rasaoi Restaurant in Delhi's Ashok Vihar area.
CCTV footage of the incident shows a man carrying what appears to be a stick approaching the restaurant's cash counter. The visibly agitated man then enquires about something from the restaurant staff.
Before the staff could comprehend the situation, the man begins hitting them with the stick.
Meanwhile, another man, wearing a blue winter jacket, enters the frame and starts assaulting one of the restaurant staff members. The man in the blue jacket then removes his footwear and starts hitting the worker with it.
Onlookers watched as the attackers continued their assault. Shockingly, no one intervened to rescue the staff members.
The reason behind the attack remains unknown. It is also unclear whether a police complaint has been filed regarding the incident.
