In a major relief to YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani, The Gauhati High Court on Friday made absolute the interim bail granted to the YouTuber, reported Bar&Bench.The order was passed by Justice Mridul Kumar Kalita.
Chanchlani was booked in an obscenity case by Guwahati police. The FIR was registered in connection to allegations of promoting obscenity on Samay Raina's now scrapped show, India's Got Latent.
