Bengaluru: The residents of the garden city are set to experience a sunny day on Friday, February 14, 2025, and it will remain the same throughout the day. There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in the upcoming days, as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The weather department has also predicted that temperatures are also likely to increase in a few days. The city has witnessed the sunrise at 6:42 AM it is likely to set at 6:25 PM. Meanwhile, the minimum and maximum temperatures are expected between 18 degrees Celsius and 32 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Rise in temperature predicted
Typically, temperatures begin to rise in April, but there is a noticeable increase at the end of January, with further increases expected in February. On February 12, the city's maximum temperature reached 33.6 degrees Celsius, marking it as the hottest day recorded thus far. Citizens experience high temperatures during the afternoons, while nights remain chilly.

The weather department also said that the summer may arrive earlier than usual. The humidity level is expected to range around 25 per cent. Today, the wind is expected to blow steadily from the East at a speed of 13 km/h and the Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to stand at 96 which indicates moderate air quality in the city.

The city is predicted to witness the sunrise at 6:42 AM and the sun is expected to set at 6:26 PM.
