Bengaluru: The city is set to experience partly cloudy skies and dense fog on Monday, February 10, 2025, and it will remain the same throughout the day. The India Meteorological Department predicts heavy rainfall in the forthcoming days.
According to the weather department, the temperatures rose sharply unexpectedly at the end of January. The city has witnessed the sunrise at 6:44 AM it is likely to set at 6:24 PM. Meanwhile, the minimum and maximum temperatures are expected between 16 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Due to a low-pressure system that has developed over the Bay of Bengal, the IMD has issued heavy rainfall also predicted in the coming days for seven districts, including Kodagu, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Mysuru, Chikkamagluru and Chamarajanagar, and Hassan.

The weather department also said that the summer may arrive earlier than usual, possibly by mid-February. The humidity level is expected to range around 40 per cent. Today, the wind is expected to blow steadily from the East at a speed of 16 km/h, and the Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to stand at 136, which indicates moderate air quality in the city and its adjoining areas.
