The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance (AP EAPCET) 2021, earlier known as AP EAMCET has begun registration for the exam on the official website - sche.ap.gov.in
The examination will be conducted from August 19 to August 25, 2021 and the last date to register without incurring a late fee is July 25, 2021. However, candidates can apply till August 18 by paying a late fee of Rs 10,000
You can register for the exam by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the official website - sche.ap.gov.in
Step 2: Click on 'AP EAMCET 2021' link.
Step 3: Key in your credentials
Step 4: Pay the application fees
Step 5: Click 'Submit'
Step 6: Download the page and take a printout if required
The registration fee is Rs 600, for general candidates, appearing for either the Engineering or Agriculture and Pharmacy exam, whereas for those taking both, the fee is Rs 1,200.
Students from backward classes who opt for a single exam have to pay Rs 550 and SC, ST students- Rs 500. For both exams, the fee for BC category students is Rs 1,100 and Rs 1,000 for SC, ST students.
Andhra Education Minister A Suresh, while announcing the dates for the exam said other Common Entrance Tests for admission into various professional courses were proposed to be conducted in the first and second weeks of September, however, they had to be delayed this year.
The CETs include ECET (lateral entry for diploma holders into engineering courses), ICET (for MBA, MCA), LAWCET, EdCET (for B.Ed), PECET (for physical education) and PGECET (M.Tech, M.Pharma).
