A shocking video has surfaced online showing a group of men brutally beating a man, while the victim pleads for mercy. According to reports, the incident took place in Andhra Pradesh's Amalapuram where supporters of TDP Minister Vasamsetti Subhash allegedly attacked a Dalit youth after he asked for the return of money that was taken with a promise of a government job.

The viral video shows two men beating the youth with a rod and what appears to be a thick wire.

According to reports, Vasamsetti Subhash's associate, college principal Vijay Kumar, and Uday Shankar took Rs 2 lakh promising a job. When no job was provided, Mahesh, who asked for his money back, was brutally assaulted. Currently, Mahesh is undergoing treatment for serious injuries at Amalapuram Area Hospital.

The incident has ignited sharp reactions from the opposition party.
