Kathua Rape-murder case flames are still burning, and doesn’t look like it is going to douse anytime soon. In latest video which is posted by Shuja-Ul-Haq a journalist from Kashmir, posted a video of lawyers of three accused in Kathua gang rape and murder case provoking people to boycott Gujjar & Bakarwals. Calls to stop buying or selling anything from them. The 8-year-old girl who was raped and murdered belonged to this community.
Although this is not he first time when the lawyers in the case are protecting the accused, earlier many lawyers took out rally against the police who were going to file charge sheet against the accused in the court. The lawyers held a rally and in the rally were holding national flags in their hands and protesting. Even some BJP members were in support of the accused, but when the issue was highlighted later they had to resign.
Talking more about the Kathua, the incident shocked the nation after 8-year-old girl of Bakarwal community was raped multiple times and later she was murdered. She allegedly was captive for days in temple premises, “The temple premises were searched for evidence and clues after one of the accused confirmed the the minor had been held in captivity inside the temple,” a Crime Branch source said to Business Standard.
