Vodafone users in Mumbai are facing network issues. However, there is not much information available why the users in some parts of Mumbai are facing network problem. To raise their complains users have taken the help of social media giant Twitter and posted their questions online and asked the company to solve it soon.
Even Vodafone is making every possible way to fix the issue and they are even replying to customers. According to Vodafone reply on Twitter, it is a temporary issue and it will be solved soon. Although, many users have complained that the network is down from two to three hours.
“Due to unforeseen occurrences, there was a temporary disruption in services in parts of Mumbai today. Our prompt response action ensured full restoration within a short time. We regret any inconvenience caused to our customers,” says Vodafone official.
