The Delhi Police have filed an FIR against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for violating Section 144 during his dharna outside Rail Bhawan.
Kejriwal, who spearheaded the protest, has been also charged with inciting the mob. Earlier, an FIR was filed only against Aam Aadmi Party supporters for holding the dharna despite prohibitory orders being in place. However, Kejriwal was not named in that FIR. The police had then said that they would need to seek the Speaker’s permission to name the chief minister. — FPJ NEWS SERVICE
