‘XXX’ franchise,’ XXX3: Xander Cage Returns’ that began shooting earlier this year is picking up steam. After news of Deepika Padukone being cast in the film, we have seen numerous images of the cast and crew that surfaced on social networking platforms.
Well releasing the first film still from the movie, Vin Diesel posted on his Facebook page saying, “The cast of the NEW ‘xXx’ is sooo good.. literally, everyone is coming to set early each day to make magic. A still from The Return of Xander Cage! #ToniCollette #TonyGonzalez #NinaDobrev #RubyRose #DeepikaPadukone”. Later reacting to Diesel posting the image, the film’s director D.J Caruso tweeted saying, “Ok so a sneak look snuck out while I slept. ..#xxx3 #xandercagereturns”.
‘XXX: Xander Cage Returns’ which marks the return of Diesel as the main character of Xander Cage features Deepika Padukone apparently playing a huntress and Diesel’s ex-lover. Said to be an action film with tons of stunts that take long board to the next level, the film is set for release toward the end of 2016 or early 2017.
