It is Sridevi's 62nd birth anniversary today (August 13, 2025). Her husband Boney Kapoor took to Instagram to share a picture of him and the actress from her birthday party in 1990. He captioned the post as, "In 1990 her birthday party in chennai when I wished her happy 26th birthday while it was her 27th birthday to make her feel that she had gone younger & it was a compliment , that with every passing day she is getting younger but she taught I was teasing her (sic)."
Well, of course, Sridevi's fans are loving the post, but netizens are trolling Boney Kapoor because in 1990, he was still married to Mona Kapoor. A netizen commented on the post, "Thinking of Anshula and her brother Arjun. How would they feel when their father sharing his love story of the time when he was married their mother and later how their father ditched their mum and them đŸ˜¢traumatic tragic for them (sic)."

Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018 in Dubai. The actress died due to accidental drowning. Her fans and people of the industry were shocked to know about her demise.
